Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition

The following items are non-returnable:

• Innerwear and intimate clothing
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Items damaged due to misuse

2. Return Process

• Contact us via mento@mementomood.com with your order number
• Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s cost
• Items are inspected upon receipt before approval

3. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
